You place the deck halfway into the card box and hold the deck -- the box then mysteriously rises up! Surprise number 1.
Upon removing the deck from the card box, your spectator can see a card rise up in the middle of the deck. Surprise number 2. And, for Surprise number 3, it's the spectator's selected card!
